This strategy has lifted the overall cyber security posture through improved governance, technology uplift, and enhanced Executive and Board oversight of cyber risks.

  • IT Governance: Bruce has recently worked with a large Queensland bank to develop and improve their IT governance frameworks and operational functions to prepare for a significant merger.

  • Strategy & Transformation: Bruce has also recently worked with the executive and IT group of a large health service provider to develop a three-year IT strategy and technology roadmap support their transition to a highly mobile and decentralised organisation. This strategy incorporated a significant shift in technology architecture from traditional on-premises data centres to a mobile and cloud first strategy for end-user computing, applications, information management, and identity management.
