About the role:

We are looking to hire a Professional Services Manager. The position of Professional Services Manager is a new role within the team focused on helping the business deliver a legendary customer experience that is both profitable and of high standard. Your main tasks will include:

  • Review and approve Professional Services proposals including effort, scope assumptions and risks
  • Develop and maintain the relevant structure within the Professional Services business 
  • Promote MOQ and recruit the best Professional Services resources in market
  • Provide operations management advice for strategic planning to the COO
  • Manage the Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Manage the Practice Coordination Team
  • Report weekly on project status; escalate and manage commercial, delivery, scope and timeline issues and risks to the COO
  • Develop and manage a sustainable, profitable model for the PS team with monthly utilisation and revenue targets
  • Develop repeatable and predictable processes and quality standards
  • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of staff and processes
  • Manage and resolve issues relating to the delivery of Professional Services
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with sales team by promoting capabilities and communicating effectively
  • Provide assistance to sales team in delivering professional services to clients
  • Ensure that the Professional Services team is managed in respect to milestones, activities and goals
  • Ensure relevant vendor certifications are maintained 
  • Ensure regular individual and team quarterly performance reviews are performed

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology or relevant domain
  • 5+ Years in Professional Services Manager Role or equivalent
  • 5+ Years demonstrating commercial accountability
  • 10+ Years demonstrating management and leadership
